BREAKING: Commissioner Goodell Reinstates Brett Favre

Contrary to most reports that stated Commissioner Goodell would deliver his decision on Monday in regards to Favre's reinstatement (and even some last night that said Favre would take the retirement package), ESPN is reporting that the Commissioner has officially reinstated Brett Favre.
